If your home page does not load properly, it may be because you have a secure web page book-marked. Secure web pages start with "https://" (not the typical http://) and cannot be loaded until after you log into the Western Wireless network. The first thing to do is to navigate to a non-secure web page, outside of the university such as http://www.google.com. Almost any other non-secure web page outside of the university system will do. You should then be re-directed to the Western Wireless login page. After successfully logging into the Western Wireless network, you should then be able to nagivate back to the web page you bookmarked as your home page and have it load properly. If your home page is the Western E-mail page at:

you can change this bookmark to:
http://mail.uwo.ca
to solve the problem.
